Our client is a global leading supplier of industrial fire protection, emergency response equipment, and services to the Oil and Gas and Energy Sectors for over 70 years. We are looking to add to the team an Administrative Assistant that is a self-motivated, detailed, and a flexible team player.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ordering materials and logistics coordination
• Coordinate information professionally with all levels of leadership and with vendors and customers
• Interact with customers and manufacturers to develop and maintain professional relationships

Required Knowledge and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree desired
– 3 years of administrative experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs especially Word and Excel
– Strong time management and organizational skills
